Booking Deposit Policy
We now require a 50% deposit for all bookings to reserve your appointment. This deposit is part of the service price, not an extra fee, and helps us manage our limited availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client. Deposits become non-refundable with less than 48 hours notice, but if you inform us in time, we can transfer the deposit to another date.
Cancellation Policy
At Darka Nail Bar, as a small business with limited appointments, we strive to offer the best service to all our clients. Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in a fee, which helps cover costs and ensures we can continue providing excellent service.
We’ll send you a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment to help you plan.
