We run a tight schedule to make sure every client receives the full experience they’ve booked. While we understand unexpected delays can happen, please do your best to arrive on time so appointments run smoothly for everyone.

For all new clients, we’ll carry out a quick nail health assessment before applying any enhancements. If we notice signs of a fungal infection or if your natural nails are too compromised for enhancements to last safely, we may recommend postponing or adjusting your service until your nails are in a healthier condition.

Our priority is always your wellbeing, as well as the health of our team and other clients. We’ll only ever go ahead with services that are safe and supportive of your natural nail health.
